Whitington’s Level System program is based on a level system.
Residents are
given more responsibility and therefore more
freedom (choices) with
progression of each stage. This system
has 7 levels for the residents to work
through. The goal is for
the resident to reach the highest level and be prepared
to handle
the responsibilities of independent living.
The Community Conduct document is the list of rules and
consequences that each
resident is expected to follow. It
was started to keep order and teach residents to respect
property and people.Each resident receives a copy of this
document to keep with them.
