  Whitington’s Residential Home for Parentng & Non-Parenting Females Program began in March of 1995. This is a unique program unlike any other in the state of Indiana. This program strives to serve young women in an environment that addresses the needs of teenagers entering into the territory of adulthood. The youth in this program are usually placed through the courts.
